Kese: the traditional body scrub
With the kese mitt, our team removes dead skin cells and stimulates circulation, completely naturally and without additives. You will feel the result straight away: noticeably smoother, fresher skin.
Sabunlama: clouds of foam on warm marble
During the oriental foam wash, a cloud-soft soap lather envelops your body and is massaged in with gentle movements. Many guests describe this as the most relaxing moment of the whole ritual.
Silky soft skin afterwards
After the body scrub and foam wash, your skin feels silky and refreshed. Let the ritual linger in the lounge, or combine it with a massage.

The body scrub and foam wash are part of the hamam ritual: the skin first needs the warmth of the steam hamam. That is why they are only available together with your visit to the baths, either in a package or added to admission (28 €, 3 hours of hamam, steam hamam, sauna and lounge).
For the best result, avoid body lotion for one to two days before your visit.

Frequently asked questions about body scrub & foam wash
First you warm up in the hamam and the steam hamam. The warmth opens the pores and prepares the skin for the body scrub with the kese mitt, followed by the oriental foam wash with soft soap lather. The face and intimate areas are left out during the scrub. You do not need any prior knowledge, our team explains every step.
Yes. The treatments take place in the hamam during your bathing time, so you always book admission as well (28 €, 3 hours of hamam, steam hamam, sauna and lounge). The Gül Package already includes the body scrub, and the Sultan Package and the Duru Package include both the body scrub and the foam wash.
Yes, the body scrub and foam wash are by appointment only. Please send your request a few days in advance, most easily via our booking request form, on WhatsApp or by email to service@sultanhamam.de. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Your appointment is only binding once we have confirmed it to you personally.
During the treatment, please wear at least swim shorts or bikini bottoms. For the best result, ideally avoid body lotion for one to two days before your visit. If you have a skin condition or there is anything else we should take into account, please let us know on site before your treatment.
During women-only hours, all body scrubs are carried out exclusively by female staff. Monday 15:00 to 22:00, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 11:00 to 22:00, Wednesday 10:00 to 16:00, and Saturday and Sunday 10:00 to 22:00 are women-only hours. On Wednesdays from 16:00 to 22:00, women and men are welcome together. During these mixed hours, both female and male staff are there for you.
Yes. With the admission voucher you can choose the body scrub, the foam wash or both as an extra. The Gül Package (79 €) includes the kese body scrub and a 25 min. massage, the Sultan Package (139 €) the body scrub, foam wash and a 60 min. massage. You receive the voucher instantly as a PDF by email, valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and transferable.
