FAQ
Frequently asked questions about massage & beauty treatments
No. You come straight to your treatment at the agreed time and can head home relaxed afterwards. If you like, combine your appointment with a visit to the baths, for example with admission for 28 € or one of our packages, which already include a massage.
Massages and beauty treatments are by appointment only. Please send your request a few days in advance, most easily via our booking request form, on WhatsApp or by email to service@sultanhamam.de. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Your appointment is only binding once we have confirmed it to you personally.
Yes. All treatments take place within our opening hours, and the women-only hours apply to the whole house. Monday 15:00 to 22:00, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 11:00 to 22:00, Wednesday 10:00 to 16:00, and Saturday and Sunday 10:00 to 22:00 are women-only hours. On Wednesdays from 16:00 to 22:00, women and men are welcome together. During women-only hours, all massages and beauty treatments are carried out exclusively by female staff, and during the mixed hours both female and male staff are there for you.
Of course. Massages and beauty treatments are added to your stay, so your bathing time stays fully intact. Our hamam packages already include a massage, and the Duru Package (219 €) also includes a facial.
Yes. Every massage and every beauty treatment is available as its own gift voucher (massage vouchers, beauty vouchers), instantly as a PDF by email, valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and transferable. Alternatively, give a gift card that can be redeemed for everything we offer.
After warmth, steam and body scrub, the skin is soft and especially receptive. That is why we recommend a facial as the finale of your hamam visit.
