What to expect
Warmth, steam and an age-old ritual
A classic hamam room with marble and washing areas, plus the steam hamam. You set your own pace.
The steam hamam
Soft, moist steam opens the pores and warms you through. Warm up, sweat, cool down, repeat: entirely at your own pace.
Body scrub & foam wash
After warming up comes the traditional kese body scrub and the cloud-soft foam wash. As an add-on to admission: 21 € each, 41 € together, already included in the packages.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions about the hamam
Feel free to bring your own sauna essentials: towels, bathing shoes and toiletries. If you would rather not bring anything, you can rent individual towels at reception or our towel package for 12 € with a large and a small towel, bathing shoes and a peştemal. In the hamam you can bathe as you like, in a swimsuit, a bikini or wrapped in a peştemal. During treatments, please wear at least swim shorts or bikini bottoms.
Treatments such as the kese body scrub, foam wash, massage and beauty treatments require an appointment. Please send your request a few days in advance via our booking request form, on WhatsApp or by email to service@sultanhamam.de. Even for hamam admission alone we recommend a booking request, so that your visit can begin relaxed and without waiting. Groups of 5 or more, please always book in advance.
Yes. Monday 15:00 to 22:00, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 11:00 to 22:00, Wednesday 10:00 to 16:00, and Saturday and Sunday 10:00 to 22:00 are women-only hours. On Wednesdays from 16:00 to 22:00, women and men are welcome together. During women-only hours, men have no access to our premises, and all treatments are carried out exclusively by female staff.
Nothing, you do not need any prior knowledge. On your first visit, our team explains every step in detail and guides you through the ritual.
Hamam admission covers 3 hours, and our packages include 3 to 5 hours depending on the package. The body scrub and foam wash take place during your bathing time. Massages and beauty treatments are added on top, so your time at the baths stays fully intact. You can extend admission from 3 to 5 hours for 14 €.
Yes. Admission and all packages are available as a gift voucher, instantly as a PDF by email or, if you prefer, handwritten on a gift card by post (3,50 € plus shipping). Our gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and are transferable.
If you have a cold or a viral infection, we kindly ask you to postpone your visit. Heat and steam can be a strain during pregnancy. Pregnant women are therefore advised not to visit the hamam, and unfortunately we cannot welcome pregnant guests. If anything needs special attention during your treatment, please let us know on site before your treatment.
