What do I need to bring for my hamam visit?
For your hammam visit, you can bring your own sauna essentials: towels, flip-flops, and shower gel. You are also welcome to bathe in a swimsuit or with a wrap towel, if you prefer. If you are unable or prefer not to bring your own items, you can borrow or purchase our towel package or individual items at the reception area.

Do I need an appointment to visit the hamam?
For treatments such as peeling, massages, or beauty services, it is advisable to make an appointment a few days in advance. Please call us at 030 / 21 75 33 75 to schedule. Appointments can be made by phone or email during our opening hours. For groups of 5 or more people, we kindly ask for a reservation, even if no treatments are desired.

Who will massage me?
On ladies' days (Tuesday, Wednesday during the day, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday), you will be attended to by female staff only. On the mixed day (Wednesday), we have both female and male staff. Accordingly, on all ladies' days, all massages, peeling treatments, and beauty services are provided by women.

I've never been to a hammam before, what do I need to know?
All of our first-time visitors will be thoroughly informed by our staff. You don't need any prior knowledge, as we will explain everything to you step by step.
